  1. Wie zijn wij?

Deze website (www.pilar.brussels) wordt beheerd door Pilar vzw, met maatschappelijke zetel te Pleinlaan 2 – 1050 Brussel, ondernemingsnummer BE 0430.906.959 Contact: pilar@vub.be. Wij zijn de verwerkingsverantwoordelijkevoor de gegevens die via cookies worden verzameld.

  1. Wat zijn cookies?

Cookies zijn kleine tekstbestanden die op je toestel worden geplaatst wanneer je een website bezoekt. Onder "cookies" vallen ook vergelijkbare technologieën, zoals local storage, pixels en scripts.

  1. Welke cookies gebruiken wij en waarom?

Strikt noodzakelijke cookies. Deze zijn nodig om de website te laten werken, bijvoorbeeld om je cookiekeuze te onthouden. Hiervoor is geen toestemming vereist. Rechtsgrond: ons gerechtvaardigd belang (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Analytische cookies (Google Analytics). Met Google Analytics 4 meten we hoe bezoekers de website gebruiken(bezochte pagina's, duur van het bezoek, herkomst van het verkeer), zodat we de website kunnen verbeteren. Deze cookies plaatsen we alleen met je toestemming.

Google Tag Manager. Google Tag Manager is een beheerdienst waarmee wij scripts en tags (zoals Google Analytics) opde website laden. Google Tag Manager zelf plaatst geen cookies en verzamelt geen persoonsgegevens voor eigendoeleinden. Tags die via Tag Manager geladen worden en cookies plaatsen, worden pas geactiveerd nadat je toestemming hebt gegeven.

Ingesloten video's (YouTube en Vimeo). Op onze website tonen we video's van YouTube (Google) en Vimeo. Wanneer je zo'n video laadt of afspeelt, kunnen deze aanbieders cookies plaatsen en gegevens verzamelen, zoals je IP-adres, toesteminformatie en je kijkgedrag. Wij laden deze video's pas na je toestemming. Tot dan zie je een plaatshouder inplaats van de video.

Voor alle categorieën behalve de strikt noodzakelijke is je voorafgaande toestemming de rechtsgrond (art. 6.1.a GDPRen art. 129 van de Belgische Wet betreffende de elektronische communicatie).

  1. Je toestemming beheren

Embedded videos (YouTube and Vimeo). Our website displays videos from YouTube (Google) and Vimeo. When you load or play such a video, these providers may set cookies and collect data such as your IP address, device information and viewing behaviour. We only load these videos after you have given your consent. Until then, you will see a placeholder instead of the video.
